THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING YOUTH, PRESERVING FAMILIES, AND BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH AN EMPHASIS ON THOSE LIVING IN NORTHERN MINNESOTA. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES A REGION OF THE STATE THAT IS HIGHLY REMOTE, RURAL, AND DISADVANTAGED. THE ORGANIZATION EMPLOYES APPROXIMATELY 35 FULL AND PART-TIME STAFF THAT PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES FROM TWO SITES. ALL THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES ARE FREE TO YOUTH AND FAMILIES.
