Mission
FAIRBANKS YOUTH ADVOCATES WAS FOUNDED IN 2009 BY COMMUNITY MEMBERS WITH A COLLECTIVE DESIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF AT-RISK YOUTH, HOMELESS YOUTH AND FAMILIES IN THE INTERIOR. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SHELTER, HEALING AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO VULNERABLE YOUTH IN THE INTERIOR. THIS IS DONE BY PROVIDING YOUTH ADVOCACY, PARENT COACHING, PREVENTION, OUTREACH, AND MEDIATION FOR YOUTH AND FAMILIES.
