THE FAMILY PRIDE TEAM WALKS ALONG SIDE OUR CLIENTS AND FAMILIES TO OFFER A FOUNDATION OF SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TOWARDS A HEALTHY, EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING THROUGH CREATIVE, FLEXIBLE AND COLLABORATIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES. WE STRIVE TO REDUCE BARRIERS TO ACCESSING MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES BY BRINGING OUR SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS IN THEIR HOMES, SCHOOLS, WORK, VIRTUALLY, OR COMMNUNITY (WHEREVER IT IS NEEDED MOST) AND AT TIMES THAT MAKE SENSE FOR THEM. IN ADDITION, FAMILY PRIDE FOCUSES ON BEING A STRONG FOUNDATION OF SUPPORT IN OUR NORTHEAST OHIO COMMUNITY THROUGH FEEDBACK, COLLABORATION, AND BUILDING SERVICES WHERE THE COMMUNITY NEEDS IT MOST - SUCH AS PROVIDING IN-HOME SERVICES FOR HOMEBOUND SENIORS AND PREVENTION BASED PROGRAMMING THAT FOCUSES ON STRENGTHENING THE CONNECTION BETWEEN FATHERS AND THEIR CHILDREN, AND INTENSIVE IN-HOME FAMILY SERVICES TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF HIGH RISK CHILDREN IN RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMMING AND INVOLVED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
