THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO COORDINATE ADVOCACY ON STATE AND FEDERAL LEVELS TO INCREASE AWARENESS AND SUPPORT OF FOOD INSECURITY, AND FOSTER A CULTURE OF NETWORKING AND IDEA SHARING BETWEEN THE FIVE FOOD BANKS.
