THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZIATION IS TO HELP DESERVING BUT UNDERSERVED YOUTH DEVELOP THE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL QUALITIES NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL. THESE QUALITIES INCLUDE SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL AWARENESS, RELATIONSHIP SKILLS, AND RESPONSIBILE DECISION MAKING.
