KIRBY CENTER TO FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTS BY PROMOTING, PRODUCING, AND CAUSING TO BE PRODUCED THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS, EXHIBITS AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT AS DEEMED TO HAVE A BENEFICAL IMPACT.
