FWTCIP STIMULATES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SUPPORTS STAKEHOLDER AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND PROVIDES REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT, IN EACH CASE, IN FURTHERANCE OF THE CREATION AND SUSTAINMENT OF AN INNOVATION DISTRICT IN DOWNTOWN FORT WORTH ANCHORED BY TEXAS A&M FORT WORTH, THAT PROMOTES ADVANCEMENT IN SCIENCE, EDUCATION, AND INDUSTRY.
