THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES TRAINING AND POLICY FOR FIRE SAFETY TO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, PA. THE ASSOCIATION MAINTAINS A TRAINING CENTER AND BURN BUILDING.
