THIS TECHNOLOGY WILL EXPAND THE RIGHT TO VOTE BY PERMITTING MORE PEOPLE, WHO OTHERWISE CANNOT VOTE DUE TO DISABILITY, OLD AGE, TIME CONSTRAINTS, OR OTHERWISE, TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHT TO VOTE.
