THE GSH FORMS THE HEART OF A HOUSTON-BASED GEOPHYSICAL COMMUNITY AND GIVES OPPORTUNITIES TO INTERACT WITH COLLEAGUES THROUGHOUT THE PROFESSION. THE GSH ENCOURAGES AND SUPPORTS SCIENTIFIC, EDUCATIONAL, AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF BENEFIT TO GEOPHYSICISTS.
