Girls develop courage, confidence and character while building their self-esteem, leadership, and citizenship skills in a safe, nurturing environment. Our program is based on extensive research from our national organization and our program department. It is age-appropriate, girl-led, and girl-driven. Our programs reflect the interests and needs of today's girls. The Girl Scouts of Connecticut is the largest all-girl organization in the state working with girls of all racial, ethnic, religious, economic and social backgrounds.
