THE PROGRAM CURRICULUM UNIQUELY COMBINES TRAINING FOR A 3.1 MILE RUNNING EVENT WITH UPLIFTING WORKOUTS AND LIFE SKILLS AIMED TO DEVELOP THE WHOLE GIRL: HER PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL SELF. YOUNG GIRLS ARE EMPOWERED WITH A GREATER SENSE OF SELF-AWARENESS, A SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT, AND A FOUNDATION IN TEAM BUILDING TO HELP THEM BECOME STRONG, CONTENTED AND SELF-CONFIDENT WOMEN. WE SERVE GIRLS FROM ALL INCOME LEVELS, BACKGROUNDS AND ATHLETIC ABILITIES.
