PARTICULAR EMPHASIS PLACED ON TREATING CHILDREN WHO LOST LIMBS AND/OR HAVE FACIAL SCARS AND GETTING PROSTHESES AND PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL REHABILITATION ENABLING THEM TO LEAD AS NORMAL LIVES AS POSSIBLE.
