THE ORGANIZATION ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF TAXPAYERS AT THE ILLINOIS CAPITOL AND ACROSS THE STATE. IT DOES THIS BY DRAFTING LEGISLATION, OFFERING TESTIMONY, ENCOURAGING GRASSROOTS INVOLVEMENT AND ENCOURAGING PRO-FREE ENTERPRISE POSITIONS ON BILLS.
