PROVIDE REGULATED AND SUPERVISED RECREATIONAL INTRAMURAL YOUTH ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE ENJOYMENT, ADVANTAGES, FUNDAMENTALS, RULES AND COMPREHENSIVE TECHNIQUES WITHIN THE YOUTH PROGRAMS. TEACH AND ENCOURAGE SPORTMANSHIP, ACHIEVEMENT AND PHYSICAL FITNESS AND TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.
