Haines Animal Rescue Kennel (HARK) is dedicated to finding appropriate homes for unwanted and homeless animals. We also provided low-cost spay/neuter services while educating the public on responsible pet care. Our goal is to provide shelter for stray and abandoned animals, access to veterinary care and grooming facilities and offer educational opportunities that further the welfare of pets and animals in our community.
