Mission
TO PROVIDE IN-HOME AND COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICES AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DIABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. HANDZ-ON TAKES PEOPLE WITH PSYCHIATRIC DISABILIITIES OUT OF NURSING HOMES AND PLACES THEM BACK IN THE COMMUNITY WITH THE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES NEEDED TO MAKE THEM FUNCTIONING MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
