THE FOUNDATIONS CHARITABLE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS & FACILITIES FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF ANIMALS, INCLUDING THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS AND THE TREATMENT OR CURE OF DESEASED OR INJURED ANIMALS. ALSO TO OPERATE AND MANAGE AN ANIMAL SHELTER PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF CHECOTAH OKLAHOMA.
