PROVIDE A SAFE HAVEN FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE BACKLASH OF A STORMY RELATIONSHIP. IT IS A REFUGE AND A SHELTER, A SAFE HOUSE FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
