HARBOUR HOUSE'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SHORT TERM CRISIS SERVICES IN A RESIDENTIAL SETTING THAT SUPPORTS AND CARES FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOST VULNERABLE BY HELPING THEM TO STABILIZE AND LINKING THEM TO COMMUNITY PROVIDERS WHO CAN MEET THEIR LONG TERM MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS
