HATZALAH OF HOUSTON WILL PROVIDE, FUND, AND/OR ARRANGE FOR APPROPRIATE MEDICAL TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND SERVICES WITHIN A LIMITED AND DEFINED GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WITHIN THE GREATER HOUSTON AREA. HATZALAH OF HOUSTON WILL PROVIDE THE EMTS WITH BASIC EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND SHORTWAVE RADIOS. EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBERS WILL BE PUBLISHED, AND INCOMING CALLS WILL BE HANDLED BY DISPATCHERS, WHO WILL THEN CONTACT EMTS WHO WILL RESPOND AND WORK IN CONJUCTION WITH OTHER FIRST RESPONDERS.
