Mission
Health Equity Partners Properties (HEPP) was created in 2018 as a not-for-profit, charitable organization . The purpose of HEPP is to bring multiple collaborative services under one roof, in effort to provide community-integrated health to residents who would not otherwise have adequate access to services. HEPP holds the title to a parcel of real property located at 1720 W. Broadway, Louisville KY 40210.
