THE MISSION OF HEALTHY START COALITION OF MIAMI-DADE, INC. IS TO PLAN FOR MATERNAL AND INFANT HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HEALTHY START LEGISLATION UNDER THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.
