Heart Mind Haven (HMH) is a Colorado based not for profit organization dedicated to building public awareness, providing resources and services to individuals struggling with mental illness. Through community based volunteers and programs, we will empower those suffering from or experiencing mental health challenges to live productive, fruitful, and empowered lives.Our mission is to educate, support and provide programs to enhance and promote wellness and transitional living for those struggling with mental illness with the objective of reestablishing the vital human connection.
