Mission
Heartland Health Clinic will serve subscribing members of the Plain community in Rockingham and Augusta Counties of Virigina and the surrounding areas providing reasonably priced medical, maternity, dental, and pharmacy services, and offering assisted living services facilitated at Heartland Home, all which are attuned to the communitys needs and values.
