HEARTLAND INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTER, INC. WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT, OR SO THAT THEY CAN MAINTAIN LIVES INDEPENDENTLY IN THEIR OWN HOME.
