HEARD SUPPORTS DISABLED PEOPLE AND OTHERS WHO EXPERIENCE ABLEISM BY REJECTING DISABILITY HIERARCHIES AND RIGID DEFINITIONS OF DISABILITY, AND BY RECOGNIZING DEAF PEOPLE AS PART OF DISABILITY COMMUNITIES.
