THIS INCLUDES MATERIAL SUPPORT TO UKRAINIAN FIRST RESPONDERS AND DEFENSE FORCES, MEDICAL AID AND SUPPLIES, AND MATERIAL AND EXPERT ASSISTANCE FOR THE REBUILDING OF WAR-TORN AREAS OF UKRAINE.
