HERITAGE COMMUNITY INITIATIVES IS A PENNSYLVANIA NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1983. THE MISSION OF HERITAGE COMMUNITY INITIATIVES IS TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE HEALTH, EDUCATION, ECONOMIC STRENGTH, AND SOCIAL VITALITY IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
