TO PROVIDE CHRONIC MENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS WITH HOUSING FACILITIES AND SERVICES SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THEIR PHYSICAL, SOCIAL, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS, AND TO PROMOTE THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY, HAPPINESS AND USEFULNESS IN LONG LIVING.THE ORGANIZATION HAS ENTERED INTO A PROJECT RENTAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACT UNDER SECTION 811 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, WHEREBY IT WILL RECEIVE MONTHLY RENT SUPPLEMENTS DIRECTLY FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) FOR QUALIFIED TENANTS.
