THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LACROSSE TRAINING AND COMPETITION TO BOYS GRADES 1-12. APPROXIMATELY 550 BOYS PRACTICE AND COMPETE LOCALLY, STATE AND NATIONWIDE UNDER TRAINED COACHES. SAID NON-PROFIT CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE FEDERAL TAX CODE.
