HIGHLAND PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION WORKS CLOSE WITH OUR COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES AND ORGANIZATIONS TO ENSURE THAT SERVICES IN URBAN COMMUNITIES CONTINUE TO IMPROVE FOR ALL OUR RESIDENTS.
