HIS DAUGHTERS HOUSE PROVIDES HOUSING SOLUTIONS THAT OFFER HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES ACCESS TO RAPID REHOUSING IN SCATTERED-SITE UNITS WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES THEY CHOOSE, FOLLOWING THE HOUSING FIRST (HF) MODEL WITH NO BARRIERS OR PRECONDITIONS FOR ENTRY. OUR PROGRAM FOCUSES ON RAPID STABILIZATION THROUGH FLEXIBLE SUPPORT SERVICES, SAFETY PLANNING, AND A TRAUMA-INFORMED APPROACH. WE USE A PERSONALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE TO EMPOWER PARTICIPANTS ON THEIR JOURNEY TOWARD STABLE AND SUSTAINABLE HOUSING.
