TO ALLEVIATE THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS BY REPLACING DETERIORATED PROPERTIES AND PROVIDING LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH DECENT, SAFE, AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPTIONS. THE PURPOSE IS TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN COMMUNITIES BY OFFERING HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES.
