PROMOTES AND CARRIES ON CERTAIN SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO PROVIDING CARE TO THE SICK, INJURED AND DISABLED AND PROMOTING THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC.
