AS AN ADVOCATE FOR THE COMMUNITY GOAL OF MAINTAINING ITS NO KILL STATUS, THE HUMANE SOCIETY PROVIDES ADOPTION, RESCUE AND FOSTER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE HOMELESS ANIMALS AT THE CITY OF WACO ANIMAL SHELTER, AS WELL AS COMMUNITY EDUCATION REGARDING RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP.
