THE ORGANIZATION IS FOR THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS IN TIPTON COUNTY, INDIANA. CONTROLING FERAL ANIMALS THRU THE TRAP, NEUTER/SPAY, AND RELEASE PROGRAM. AS WELL AS PROVIDE A SHELTER FOR ANIMALS UNTIL THEY ARE ADOPTED OR RETURNED TO THEIR OWNERS.
