Spay/neuter all pets adopted from shelter. To help prevent overpopulation of unwanted and abandoned animals, rescue, care and provide shelter to homeless, injured, lost and abandoned animals. Provide a safer environment for citizens. Educate public, encourage spay and neuter of pets. Encourage rabies vaccinations. Prevent cruelty to animals.
