TO ACHIEVE THIS, THE CORPORATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING HEALTH AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND RESOURCES, HANDS-ON PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WORKSHOPS, SPORTS AND OTHER EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES THAT FOCUS ON MINDFULNESS AND SELF-CARE.
