THE PURPOSE OF THE IDAHO SCHOOL BENEFIT TRUST IS TO PROVIDE CERTAIN SELF-FUNDED HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS ON BEHALF OF AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS, CHARTER SCHOOLS, AND EDUCATION RELATED ORGANIZATIONS.
