TML IEBP provides and administers health benefits for approximately 24,000 public employees and their dependents (employed by local governments). Our mission is to provide high quality, high value services for employees and dependents of local governments in the State of Texas, to include some of the following types of employers: cities, special districts; MUD, Hospital etc., housing authorities, COGS, and school districts.
