THE MISSION OF ILLINOIS/IOWA CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING IS TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT OPTIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BY ADVOCATING FOR CIVIL RIGHTS, PROVIDING SERVICES, AND PROMOTING FULL PARTICIPATION OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE COMMUNITY.
