THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT, FUNDING, AND IN-KIND DONATIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND RESEARCH THAT WILL BENEFIT THE ILLINOIS PARK AND RECREATION ASSOCIATION AND CITIZENS OF ILLINOIS.
