SPONSORS EDUCATIONAL CLASSES TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS, SOME CLASSES OFFER CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS TO RENEW REAL ESTATE LICENSES. THESE THREE ACTIVITIES ARE ONGOING.THE ASSOCIATION HOLDS A FUNDRAISER FOR A LOCAL CHARITY YEARLY. PROCEEDS FROM THESE COMMUNITY FUNDRAISERS GO TO LOCAL CHARITIES.
