THE ASSOCIATION OFFERS A MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE (MLS) TO ITS MEMBERS SO THEY MAY DISPLAY THEIR LISTINGS TO MEMBERS AND TO THE PUBLIC. IT OFFERS REAL ESTATE PRODUCTS FOR SALE,SUCH AS LOCKBOXES AND OTHER REAL ESTATE RELATED PRODUCTS. SPONSORS EDUCATIONAL CLASSES TO MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS, SOME CLASSES OFFER CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS TO RENEW REAL ESTATE LICENSES. THESE THREE ACTIVITIES ARE ONGOING.THE ASSOCIATION HOLDS A FUNDRAISER FOR A LOCAL CHARITY YEARLY. PROCEEDS FROM THESE COMMUNITY FUNDRAISERS GO TO LOCAL CHARITIES. OTHER PUBLIC COMMUNITY GATHERINGS ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
