AT AN ANNUAL MEETING THE MEMBERS ELECT OFFICERS TO SERVE FOR A YEAR AND EACH YEAR THE MEMBERS RATIFY THE ACTION OF THE OFFICERS FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR.
