WAS INCORPORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF STRENGTHENING LEADERSHIP IN AMERICAN EDUCATION, IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION POLICIES, EDUCATING THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO SIGNIFICANT EVENTS AND ISSUES RELATED TO EDUCATION, IMPROVING COMMUNICATION AMONG EDUCATORS, AND CARRYING OUT RESEARCH AND TRAINING ON EDUCATION RELATED ISSUES.
