TO CREATE A FORUM IN WHICH INDUSTRY, REGULATORY AGENCIES AND ANIMAL WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS CAN WORK TOGETHER TO DEVELOP HUMANE SCIENTIFIC TOOLS FOR TESTING.
