INTEGRATING WOMAN LEADERS FOUNDATION, INC. MISSION IS TO ACCELERATE THE ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN TO DRIVE INDIVIDUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH AND IMPACT. IWL HELPS ORGANIZATIONS GROW BY LEVERAGING THEIR FULL TALENT BENCH. IN ADDITION TO DELIVERING TO DELIVERING TWO MAJOR WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES EACH YEAR, IWL PROVIDES ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING TO EMPLOWER AND DEVELOP FEMAIL TALENT AND TO HELP MEN ON THEIR JOURNEYS OF BECOMING ADVOCATES FOR WOMEN.
