PROVIDE MISSIONARY SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF CENTERS FOR THE DEAF. PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE TRAINING OF INDIVIDUALS AND FACILITY DEVELOPMENT TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE DEAF.
