LOCAL LABOR UNION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE & PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERSHIP WITH REGARD TO SOCIAL & WORKING CONDITIONS ENCOURAGES A HIGHER STANDARD OF SKILL AND EMPLOYMENT. THE LOCAL UNION IS INVOLVED IN COLLECIVE BARGAINING AND ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS, ARBITRATIONS, DISPUTES, GRIEANCES, AND LABOR RELATIONS FOR IT'S MEMBERS.
